국내외에 계신 외국인 독자분들과 영어성경으로 말씀을 묵상하고 싶은 분들을 위해 《큐티인》 영문판이 종이책과 eBook으로 발간되었습니다. 《QTin》은 성경을 구속사적으로 읽기 원하고, 성경적 가치관으로 변화되기 원하는 청장년층을 대상으로 하는 월간 말씀묵상지입니다.
《큐티인》 한글판은 2012년 창간된 후로 지난 10년간 수많은 영혼을 구원으로 이끌고, 깨어진 가정을 중수하며, 교회를 부흥시킨 말씀묵상지입니다. 성경의 원리를 삶의 전반에 적용시켜 복음 안에서 경건한 성도의 삶을 추구할 수 있도록 구속사적인 ‘본문해설’을 제공하고, 그날의 큐티 본문에 근거한 평신도들의 진솔한 묵상과 회개와 적용이 담긴 ‘간증’이 매일 수록되어 있습니다. 보다 깊이 있는 공동체 큐티나눔을 위한 ‘소그룹 큐티 나눔’(Group QT Sharing)을 통해 청 또한 장년층의 영적 성장을 돕습니다.
큐티엠(큐티선교회, Quiet Time Movement)에서는 장년에서부터 청소년, 어린이, 영유아에 이르기까지 모든 세대가 한 말씀으로 날마다 묵상하는 것을 돕고자 2013년에는 《청소년 큐티인》을, 2014년에는 초등학생을 위한 《어린이 큐티인》을 차례로 창간한 바 있으며, 여기에도 청소년과 어린이 필자들의 생생한 묵상간증이 실려 있습니다. 그리고 2016년 1월에는 미취학 아동을 위한 《새싹 큐티인》을 창간하여 전 세대가 같은 말씀으로 묵상하도록 돕고 있습니다.
더불어 영어권에 있는 해외 독자들의 수요가 점점 늘어남에 따라 2019년 9월에는 영문판 《QTin》이 eBook으로 창간되었고, 2020년 1월부터는 종이책으로도 발간되고 있습니다. 《QTin》은 국내외 독자들에게 구속사적인 말씀묵상 운동을 전하고자 40여 명의 필진과 편집부가 섬기고 있습니다. 《QTin》을 통해 한국뿐만 아니라 해외에서도 성도가 살아나고, 가정이 회복되며, 교회가 새롭게 되는 열매가 맺히기를 기대합니다.
《QTin》 English edition has been published in the form of a paper book and an eBook for those who live in the country and abroad, who wish to meditate on Scripture. 《QTin》 is a monthly devotional press release for adults who wish to read the Bible with a perspective of redemptive history, and to change their perspectives into spiritual ones.
《QTin》, issued by QTM (Quiet Time Movement) in 2012, was first a devotional book with a scriptural interpretation based on redemptive history and the personal testimonies of about sixty laypersons of the church. While monthly publishing with those testimonies and stories for Wooridle Church members, from January 2018, 《QTin》 4-piece series has been on sale at the public bookstores nationwide due to the increase in subscribers outside the church and even in Korea.
To help all generations to meditate on the Word of God every day, QTM has published 《QTin Teens》 (Korean) in 2013, 《QTin Kids》 (Korean) in 2014, and 《QTin Sprouts》 (Korean) in 2016 with the vivid testimonies from the readers, both kids and parents.
Moreover, the increasing number of readers and subscribers from outside Korea, mainly from the English-speaking world, the English 《QTin》 has been published in the form of an eBook since September 2019, and started as a paper book in January 2020. QTM is devoted to spreading the QT movement to guide a soul to Jesus Christ, restore many broken families, and revive the church.

“저의 둘째 딸은 지적 장애인입니다. 저는 딸의 장애로 지혜 있는 자의 말씀을 들으며 교회 공동체에 속하게 되었습니다(잠 22:17). 올해 스물한 살이 된 딸은 하루 네 시간씩 환경미화원으로 일하고 있습니다. 처음에 저는 딸을 매일 일터까지 데려다주고 또 끝나면 집으로 데려왔습니다. 그러다 딸을 섬기는 일이 점점 지치고, 딸도 근로 보조 선생님과 관계가 형성되니 좀 더 편한 방법을 찾고 있었습니다. 그런데 작년에 딸이 집 앞에 잠깐 혼자 서 있는 사이에 행인에게 강제추행을 당하는 일이 있었습니다. 그가 딸에게 집 주소까지 물어봤다고 하니 저는 신고해야겠다는 생각이 들었습니다. 하지만 한편으론 ‘그러다 보복당하면 어쩌지?’ 하는 두려운 마음에 망설여졌습니다. 이후 저는 주일설교말씀을 듣고 교회 공동체에 물은 뒤 엄마로서의 책임을 다하고자 신고했습니다. 나의 안위만 생각하느라 자녀의 연약함을 온전히 껴안지 못한 죄인임을 고백합니다. 약한 딸을 약하다고 탈취하여 조용히 감추려 한 잘못을 기억하며 딸의 출퇴근을 기쁘게 돕겠습니다(잠 22:22).” (김지연 집사)

“My second daughter has a developmental disability. Because of her condition, I was led to listen to the words of others and join a church community (Proverbs 22:17). Now, at 21, my daughter works as a janitor for four hours a day. At first, I drove her to and from work every day. Over time, though, I grew weary of this responsibility. When she began forming a relationship with her teaching assistant, I started looking for more convenient transportation options. During this period, my daughter was sexually harassed by a stranger while standing outside our home. The man even asked for our address, and I knew I should report it, but hesitated, fearing retaliation. After listening to the Sunday sermon and consulting with the church community, I found the courage to report the incident, fulfilling my responsibility as a mother. I confess that, in thinking only of my own comfort, I failed to fully embrace my daughter’s vulnerability. I remember my sin in trying to hide her weakness and will joyfully help her with her daily commute (Proverbs 22:22).” (Jiyeon Kim)

“결혼 전 남편은 3년간 저를 쫓아다니며 애정을 쏟았습니다. 그러던 어느 날, 저는 남편이 관리하는 통장 계좌를 보다가 남편의 외도를 알게 되었습니다. 해, 달, 별이 떨어지는 사건이었습니다(마 24:29). 그럼에도 그동안 교회에서 “가정은 지킬 만한 가치가 있다”는 말씀을 들어왔기에 이혼하지 않을 수 있었습니다. 그리고 힘 있게 허리를 묶고 부지런히 손으로 일하며 가족을 위해 밥상을 준비하는 등 평범한 일상을 잘 살아내기로 결단했습니다(잠:13, 17). 그러자 하나님이 일하기 시작하셨습니다. 당시 남편은 춘천에서 일하느라 저희는 주말부부로 지내고 있었습니다. 그런데 갑자기 남편이 여주로 인사 발령을 받았습니다. 그러더니 6개월 뒤에는 여주에 있던 사무실이 집 근처로 이전하면서 저희 부부는 함께 지낼 수 있게 되었습니다. 이렇게 하나님은 아내의 자리를 지키고 있던 저를 긍휼히 여기셔서 가정을 회복시켜주셨습니다. 현재 남편은 저와 함께 교회 공동체에 속해 교육부서를 섬기고 있습니다. 앞으로도 하나님께 받은 사랑을 나누며 궁핍한 자를 위해 손을 내미는 저희 부부가 되기를 바랍니다(잠 31:20).” (심민주 필자)

“Before we got married, my husband chased after me for three years and showed me a lot of love. Then one day, while looking at the bank account my husband managed, I found out he had been unfaithful. It felt like the sun, moon, and stars had all fallen (Matthew 24:29). But because I had heard at church that “the family is worth protecting,” I chose not to get a divorce. Instead, I decided to stay strong, work hard, prepare meals, and take care of my family in daily life (Proverbs 31:13, 17). And then, God began to work. At that time, my husband was working in Chuncheon, and we were living apart during the week. But suddenly, he was transferred to Yeoju. Six months later, his office moved again, this time close to our home, so we were able to live together again. God had mercy on me as I stayed faithful in my role as a wife, and he restored our family. Now, my husband and I are part of the church community, and he serves in the education ministry with me. I hope to continue sharing the love we
have received from God and reaching out our hands to help those in need (Proverbs 31:20).“ (Minju Shim)
